Fare

Base Fare	￥700 for up to 1,150 m
Additional Fare	￥100 for every 300 m
Distance & Time Fare	￥100 for every 1 min 50 sec when driving at 10 km/h or less
Late-Night Surcharge	20% Surcharge From 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Pick-up Fee	￥200 per dispatch, per vehicle
Advance Reservation Fee	￥300 per dispatch, per vehicle
Vehicle Type Selection Fee	￥1,500 (Vehicle type designation + Pick-up Fee (200 yen))
Private rental fee	￥3,600 for up to 30 minutes

About Taxi Reservations

Vehicle Arrival Time

Please note that arrival may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, or other factors on the day.

Contact at Arrival

If we are unable to reach you within 5 minutes after the driver arrives at the pick-up location (or the reserved time in case of a time-specified booking), the reservation will be treated as canceled. If cancellations occur repeatedly, we may decline future reservations.

Waiting Time

If more than 5 minutes have passed after the driver arrives at the pick-up location (or the reserved time in case of a time-specified booking), the taxi meter will start running.

Cancellation Fees

For same-day cancellations after dispatch arrangements have been completed, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Within Hiroshima City

(Company Service Area)

Higashi-ku, Naka-ku, Nishi-ku, Minami-ku, Aki-gun (Kaita Town, Fuchu Town), Saeki-ku, Asaminami-ku, Asakita-ku (south of Kōyō and Kabe areas)
If canceled upon arrival or just before arrival:

Pick-up Fee ¥200 (+ Time-Specified Reservation Fee ¥300 if applicable) + Base Fare ¥700

Suburban Areas

Aki-gun (Kumano Town, Saka Town), Hatsukaichi City (excluding areas merged such as Miyajima and Ōno Town), and other areas requiring 30+ minutes to reach (Shiraki, Yuki, Numata, Miiri, Ōbayashi, Katsugi, etc.)

If canceled after dispatch has been completed (typically 45 minutes before arrival):
Pick-up Fee ¥200 (+ Time-Specified Reservation Fee ¥300 if applicable) + Base Fare ¥700

Outside Main Service Area

(Excluding outside Hiroshima Prefecture) Hiroshima Airport, Iwakuni Airport, Higashihiroshima, Kure, Miyajimaguchi, etc.

If canceled after dispatch has been completed (typically 90 minutes before arrival):
100% of the flat-rate fare plus actual round-trip expressway tolls.
For areas without a flat-rate fare, ¥9,900 (90-minute charter rate) plus actual round-trip expressway tolls to/from the pick-up location will be charged.
