Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days before, by 17:30	0%
14 to 8 days before, by 17:30	20%
7 days before, until 24 hours	30%
Within 24 hours prior to dispatch	50%
After 30 minutes past scheduled dispatch time	100%

Notes on Cancellations

*If the scheduled time has passed and we cannot reach you, 100% of the fare will be charged.
*If the number of vehicles you ordered reduces 20% or more, cancellation fees will be applied based on the above rules.
*For Hiroshima Airport pick-ups, if cancellation occurs while the vehicle is en route or after arrival at the airport, charges include: one-way hire fare to the airport + actual expressway tolls + parking fees (if applicable). Exceptions apply in unavoidable cases such as weather or accidents.
*For pick-ups to distant areas outside Hiroshima City, the same rules apply.
*Cancellations must be made during business hours: Weekdays 9:00–17:30 (Sat. until 15:00, closed on Sun. & holidays).
