Visit the ultimate Carp fan mecca in the world’s only Carp-themed taxi!
Hiroshima has a professional baseball team, the “Hiroshima Carp,” loved by locals throughout the city. Travel to Hiroshima’s Carp landmarks in a taxi completely wrapped with the Carp logo, Carp Boy, and its mascot Slyly—the only one of its kind in Hiroshima (and possibly the world!) owned by Tsubame Kotsu.
The Carp Taxi seats 3–4 passengers and is filled with Carp-themed interior decorations, letting you fully immerse yourself in Carp spirit. Don’t miss the player autographs on the car body! Ride the Carp Taxi to a game, and you’ll be pumped and ready before the first pitch!
Though it looks all Carp on the outside, it’s just a normal taxi, and fares are the same as regular taxis when hailed. If you specifically book the Carp Taxi, it is offered as a time-based private charter.
Tour Hiroshima in the Carp Taxi and you might experience the city twice as fully!
