Experiences
Tsubame Kotsu has been entrusted with official transportation services by Hiroshima Prefecture, Hiroshima City, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and various embassies for official events held in Hiroshima.

Tsubame Kotsu is officially designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan as a Tax-Free Store for Diplomats (DS Store). Eligible customers include embassies, consulates general, consulates, international organizations, diplomats, administrative and technical staff, and international organization personnel who hold an embassy tax-exemption card or a diplomatic tax-exemption card issued by the Protocol Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
