Eligible customers include embassies, consulates general, consulates, international organizations, diplomats, administrative and technical staff, and international organization personnel who hold an embassy tax-exemption card or a diplomatic tax-exemption card issued by the Protocol Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
